We want you to love your unique handmade items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us via email at info@levkovic.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:

Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging (especially if the item arrived damaged or defective).

We must review and approve the return via email before you send any items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

We handcraft our products with the utmost care and ship them worldwide directly from Iceland. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping rates, delivery times, and pickup options.

Standard Processing Time: Most orders are handcrafted and processed within 1–3 business days.
Large Orders Note: Since our items feature unique handmade details and premium 3D embroidery, larger orders or bulk purchases may require more than 3 business days to complete. If your order requires extra production time, we will contact you immediately via email to provide an updated schedule.
Tracking: Once shipped, delivery times and rates depend on the destination country. All parcels are sent with a trackable shipping service.

Iceland (Domestic Shipping)

Delivery Time: Usually takes 1–3 business days (may be delayed in winter due to weather conditions).
Shipping Rate: €6.00 for orders from €0.00 to €100.00.
Free Shipping: Available for all domestic orders over €100.00.

Local Pickup & Studio Visit (Reykjavík)

If you live in Iceland or are visiting, you can choose to pick up your order locally for free.

Pickup Address: "Leit Verslun" Hveraflöt 1, 112 Reykjavík, Iceland. Working ours usually 11.30 - 15.30.
How it works: Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. We will contact you via email or phone as soon as your handmade order is ready for collection.
Visit Us Live: You are also welcome to visit our location to view our showcase of selected pillows in person! Please note that only a limited selection of items is on display in the studio showroom, while our online store always features the full and complete collection of available designs and options.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that international orders shipped outside of Iceland may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are established by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Care Instructions

Our pillow covers are crafted with high-quality fabric and unique 3D embroidery details. To keep them looking beautiful and lasting longer, please follow these guidelines:

Washing: Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C using a normal process.
Preparation: Always turn the cover inside out and zip it up completely before placing it in the washing machine to protect the 3D embroidery.
Drying & Bleaching: Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
Ironing: Iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C. For best results and to avoid flattening the embroidery, steam iron on the reverse side only.
Dry cleaning: Do not dry clean.
